Step by step recipe of cherry tomato, spinach and mozzarella cheese salad with photos of each step.
This is a simple salad with easily available ingredients. It is very tasty specially if you love cherry tomatoes. Instead of cherry tomato you can also use grape tomatoes or your favorite variety of large tomatoes.

These cherry tomatoes are from our farm; yeah, fresh and organic. You can also grow your own cherry tomatoes in pots. Just save seeds from your last bought cherry tomatoes. Wash and dry them in sunlight. Then sow them in little pots to form seedlings.
Finally, transfer to large pots, and have patience. If you do everything right, cherry tomatoes grow wild and you'll have more to harvest than you can consume. The plantation season is around October and November. So, remember to save some seeds from the salad!
The taste of this salad is light with mozzarella cheese while sesame and olive oil give a background flavor that is a yummy twist to this simple salad. Vinegar gives a nice sour kick to salad that you can enjoy along with meals.
It stays good for two days in fridge but it is so easy to make that I suggest making fresh salad. It's a unique salad for everyday cooking which is both healthy and tasty. If you have health conscious guest than this is the salad to serve.
How to make it?
Take all vegetables and cheese in a bowl.
Dry roast sesame seed in a pan. Then, take roasted sesame seeds and all dressing ingredients in another bowl and mix it all together.
Mix dressing with salad and serve cold.
