How to make corn stock

- Empty corn cobs
- Large pot of water
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
To make corn stock with empty corn cobs, you fill a large stainless steel or glass pot with water. Add all the corn cobs and 1 tsp or more salt as per quantity of corn cobs.The water should be 2 inch above the cobs. Cook it on medium low flame, covered for 3-4 hours. Or until you see a nice golden color stock. Your corn stock is ready.
