The easiest and quickest chicken cheese paratha recipe was shared to me by a very dear friend and it is super duper yummy. It’s so easy to make since you just need to season mince and assemble cheese and you are ready to drool over it. Serve yummy paratha with a spicy dip or chutney.
Oh! Yes I made a video of this too. This is the first food video I made in July 2018 and somethings didn’t turn out to my expectation so I didn’t post it. Later, almost after a year, I decided to fix issues and post it. Because the recipe is really good.
So, well while this seems to be 5th video on the blog actually, it is the first. Do let me know in comments how you feel about the recipe and video. Also please send me your request and your valued suggestions in comments below.
Tips
- Cook paratha on lowest flame while you assemble mince and cheese over it. Then increase heat to medium and fry completely until golden.
- You can always adjust spices in mince to do that. Make a bite size peti of mince and cook it by heating on a pan. It should be spicy since paratha will undermine some flavours. Adjust if needed then make your paratha.
- Remember the cheese will also bring some salt so be careful and don’t add extra salt.
