Keto Spinach Omelette recipe step by step with photos. Recently, I followed the Keto diet for 30 days. Many followers asked for the easy keto recipe so here I post the simplest first.

This was my go to recipe for breakfast. It is often advised to take 2 cups of low carbs green on Keto diet. So through this breakfast you get your dose of mineral and vitamins everyday. Plus, spinach also helps overcome constipation. It is also rich in calcium, iron and potassium with only 1% carb.
So, I simply found it easy cook and save few carb for dinner or snacking later in the day. I didn’t use onion or tomato in the omelette as both have carbs so avoid high carb vegetable whenever possible.
My mornings would begin with 3-4 glass salt and lemon water. Followed by black tea and after completing 14-18 hour fasting, I would be really hungry and I used to eat this spinach omelette or this mushroom omelette. You can also add any leftover meat slices to this omelette but remember to keep protein in moderation.
Sometimes, I would eat a salad in breakfast with boil eggs, and it was a good change for the same omelette that would get boring and make me feel really deprived.

Keto spinach omelette recipe

Take all ingredient of egg mixture in a bowl.

Mix well.
In a fry pan heat oil and spread all egg mixture. Cook on medium flame for 1 minutes. Slide a spatula under the omelette to loosen it. Then, slide the omelette in a plate and flip it over the pan to cook other side.

Finally, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and let it melt for 1 minute.

Fold the omelette and transfer to the serving plate.

Keto spinach omelette recipe
Ingredients
Egg mixture
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup frozen spinach, thawed and chopped, extra water removed
- 2½ tablespoon cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon mushrooms
- ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon red chilli flakes
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon pink salt
Other
- 2 tablespoon butter or ghee, to fry
- ¼ cup white cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredient of egg mixture together.
- Heat ghee or butter in a pan. Pour the mixture in a non-stick pan and fry for 2 minutes on medium heat. Slide a spatula under the omelette to loosen. Slide the omelette in a large plate. Flip the omelette back to pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and let it melt. Fold the omelette and serve.
