Make this very refreshing tang fruit salad with just 20-mins prep time. This is the most popular salad recipe on the blog.

tang fruit salad

We all love Tang orange juice. So this salad has Tang-based dressing. It has a nice sweet and sour taste.   This is my favorite salad from my Aunt's collection of recipes. It is easy as pie and tasty as heaven.

I have chosen my favorite vegetables and fruits to make it but you can choose according to your preference. Like, you can add more lettuce or iceberg leaves and cabbage. The raisins in this salad add sweetness and peanuts give it a nice crunch.

So play around with this salad and tweak the recipe as you like. Be creative and experiment!

The best thing about this salad is that you can make a large batch and eat it for 3 days. Did I tell you Tang salad is a crowd-pleaser? Just chop all fruits and vegetables a night ahead and mix the easy dressing before serving. And that's it.

As this salad is rich in carbohydrates and fiber, it is very filling for lunch. Although, I can have it for lunch, dinner, and breakfast.

How to make it?

In a large bowl gather all the ingredients of the salad.

Dump all the ingredients of the dressing in a small bowl.

Mix well. Before serving pour dressing on the salad and mix well. Serve.
