Take a pot and add milk, water, cocoa powder, and brown sugar in a pot.
Whisk all together until frothy.Bring it to boil. Just stay close do not let the milk over flow the pot.
Add tea powder or tea bags and simmer for 5 minutes. (Protip: Use 1 teabag or 1 teaspoon tea if you like light black tea.)
Add chocolate! It could be chocolate shavings or chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.
