Strawberry Mint Lemonade recipe

  • cup sliced strawberries
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • cup lemon juice
  • 1 fist full of mint leaves
  • cup water or more
  • 1 cup ice to chill
  • 1 cup Lemon soda drink like 7up or sprite (250 ml)


  • Blend all ingredients in the blender except lemon soda. Strain the liquid for a smooth texture.
  • Then fill glasses with prepared strawberry mint syrup.
  • Pour about 3 tablespoons of (50 ml) lemon soda in each glass. Serve chill with a mint leaf, a strawberry and lemon slice.


To prepare this drink few hours ahead, blend all ingredient together except ice and soda. At the time of serving add ice and mix well. Do a taste test, add more water if required. Fill glasses with drink and top with lemon soda.
