Corn Cheese Balls Rcipe

A quick and easy recipe of  yummy snack anytime, every time.

  • 1 cup flour
  • 200 gram cheddar cheese ,grated
  • 1 tin corn ,water kept separately
  • 3-4 jalapeños ,finely chopped (darmiyani mirch)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper


  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside for 20-30 minutes. Let the cheese in the mixture melt completely.
  • Knead the mixture into a dough. Add 1-2 teaspoon of corn water if needed to form dough.
  • Form ½ inch balls. Push the corns in the dough while making balls.
  • Fry on medium flame until golden brown and dry on kitchen towel.
  • Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce.
