Syrup recipe for plum drinks

A delicious way to enjoy chilled fruit goodness in hot summers.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams plums ,pitted
  • 1 cup sugar or more to taste
  • ¼ cup lemon juice or more
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Put all in a pot in a stainless steel pot on medium heat and boil for 15 minutes until soft.
  • Let the syrup cool, then blend. The concentrate syrup is ready.

Notes

It stays good in fridge for 3-4 days. You can freeze it too for later use.
