If you want a summer drink that would make feel hydrated and cool immediately, cucumber juice is your best bet.

This juice is so easy to make, it only requires 3 ingredients! And if you're not a fan of black salt, just leave it out.
JUICER METHOD (EASY & QUICK) To make cool cucumber juice, simply wash, trim, and chop the cucumbers. Feed the chopped cucumbers into the juicer and collect the refreshing juice in a container.
BLENDER METHOD To make cucumber juice in a blender, simply wash, peel, and chop the cucumbers. Blend the cucumbers until smooth, adding water as needed.
Enjoy your cucumber juice pulpy or strained, the choice is yours! For a smoother texture, I simply pass the juice through a fine-mesh sieve. For an extra fiber boost, I add a bit of the leftover pulp back into the juice.
To give my cucumber juice a bit of extra sweetness, I stirred in a drizzle of honey. Of course, if you're on a strict no-sugar diet, you can always skip the honey and enjoy your cucumber juice plain.
